To begin the registration process, please enter your first and last name, email address, and the registration code that was emailed to you by your administrator. Then type in your correct company name. Click submit once all information is entered. If you have not received the registration code, please contact your administrator at hollykramen@legacymedicalconsultants.com.

After you click submit, an email will be sent to you from donotreply@access-lms.com with instructions for completing the registration page, a link to the activation page, and an activation code.

Please note: Be sure to check your junk or spam folder for the automated email if you do not see it in your inbox and add the domain to your safe senders list to ensure future email communication is not diverted.
